Great, when you select the
Employers / 1-100 Employees
button, you will be taken to and enrollment page.
All you have to do is select the
state/province you live in |

Then
select the state/province you live in.
(some states have limitations
on the services provided, so when you select your state,
make sure you see that the "Expanded
Family Plan" is selected. If not, then use the
back button and select option 2 to contact me so I can
explain your states plan and help you get the best
coverage for you and your family )

Depending
on the state/province you live in, you will see
different screens. No matter what screen you see,
make sure the Business Plan is selected under the
Specialty Plans section. (If
not, or if you are having problems, then hit the back
button and use the "Email me" link at the top of the
page to contact me so I can help you get the correct
plan for your business)

down to the bottom of the page and "Choose Payment Type"

"Continue"

Finish
