Ok, when you select the Identity Theft Shield for $12.95  button, you will be taken to and enrollment page. All you have to do is select which Country you live in

1. Select your Country

2. Then select the "Enroll Now" button at the bottom of the page.

3. Then select the state/province you live in.

4. Scroll down to the box for "Identity Theft Shield" for $12.95 + $10 enrollment fee and select "Enroll Now"

5. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and "Choose Payment Type"

6. Select "Continue"

7. Finish Filling in the rest of the information

There is a $10 enrollment fee.
